Before Your Visit

You can book online or call us at (972) 378-0091. If you're unsure which stylist to book with, our front desk team will match you with someone based on your service, budget, and goals.
Gather Inspiration Photos
Screenshots from Instagram or Pinterest are the best way to communicate what you're looking for. Bring 3-5 photos showing color, cut, or style you love. Don't worry about finding an exact match — your stylist will translate the inspiration to work with your hair.
Come With Clean, Dry Hair
For most services, arrive with your hair in its natural state — clean, dry, and free of heavy products. For color services, you don't need to wash your hair the day of. Your stylist needs to see your natural texture and how your hair falls.
Know Your Hair History
Be ready to share details about your hair — when you last colored it, any chemical treatments, products you use regularly, and any allergies. If you've used box dye, please mention it. No judgment — it just affects how your stylist formulates.
Arrive 10-15 Minutes Early
This gives us time to check you in, get you settled, and start your consultation without cutting into your service time.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
The Consultation
Every first visit starts with a one-on-one consultation with your stylist. This is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We'll discuss your goals, assess your hair type and condition, review your inspiration photos, and create a personalized plan. If we think a different approach will give you better results, we'll tell you honestly.
Your Service
Once we've aligned on the plan, your service begins. Most first-time color appointments take 2-3 hours. Haircuts typically take 45-60 minutes including shampoo and styling. Extensions consultations are about 30 minutes (installation is scheduled separately).
Checkout & Next Steps
After your service, your stylist will walk you through at-home care recommendations and suggest a timeline for your next appointment. Our front desk can help you schedule your next visit before you leave.

Our stylists are categorized into 5 levels based on experience and demand. Level 1 offers our most accessible pricing, while Level 5 represents our most experienced and in-demand professionals. Every level delivers excellent results — the system simply lets you choose based on your budget and preference. See our pricing page for details.
Finding Us & Parking

We're on Chapel Hill Blvd in West Plano, near the intersection with Preston Road. Look for our sign on the building — we're in Suite 103.
Parking
Free parking is available directly in front of the building in our shared lot. There's plenty of space — you won't need to hunt for a spot.
Hours
Good to Know
Cancellation Policy
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. A 3% service fee applies when using a card reader — no fee for cash or check.
Children
We welcome children for haircuts. For everyone's comfort, we ask that children not accompanying a client remain supervised in the waiting area.
Gratuity
Tips are always appreciated but never expected. You're welcome to tip in cash or add it to your card payment.
